At the Congregational Meeting June 28th, the motion that was passed authorized the following (this is not verbatim):
- Begin a 3-year pledge program to raise the needed funds.
- Borrow up to $125,000, as needed to cover costs while pledges are paid.
- Hire an architect
- Carry out the project as defined at an estimated cost of $153,000
- Form 3 committees: (1) Construction, (2) Ladies/Users and (3) Management
